Pay by check a few days before service (it has to clear the bank). Pay with cash the day of service or by credit card 48 hours before service. Payment is due before the service is commenced ; unless it's a commercial contract account

Our cleaning teams typically start between 7:30AM - 9:30AM.
Our Cleaning PDF Checklist is quite extensive and we can adjust items based on your custom needs/budget.
Lightweight, Bath and Kitchen Only Package cleaning consists up to two cleaners. Top-To-Bottom Cleaning can consists up to six cleaners.

If we email you a cleaning quote, without viewing the unit, and it's later determined to be a more involved project your price will increase accordingly or we will clean up to the maximum time allotted, which is normally 4 to 4.5 hours worth of cleaning.
